We are expanding our Business Development team with one objective:bringing in qualified, high-value clients.

Role Overview

This is a revenue-driven role.

Your primary KPI isclosing new businessin marketing campaigns, brand activations, and large-scale events.

You will identify opportunities, open doors, manage relationships, pitch concepts, and convert prospects into long-term accounts.

If you cannot consistently generate meetings and revenue, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build relationships with marketing managers, brand directors, and decision-makers
  • Secure client meetings and present Blacktape's capabilities
  • Collaborate internally to build tailored proposals and budgets
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and monthly revenue forecast
  • Attend industry events and represent Blacktape professionally
What We're Looking For
  • 37 years experience in business development, preferably in events, marketing agencies, production, or experiential marketing
  • Strong existing network within Egyptian brands and agencies
  • Proven track record of closing deals (must demonstrate numbers)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • High ownership mindset and performance orientation
  • Fluent Arabic & English
KPIs
  • Monthly qualified meetings secured
  • Monthly revenue closed
  • Conversion rate from pitch to signed contract
  • Client retention and upsell performance
Compensation
  • Competitive base salary
  • Aggressive commission structure (uncapped)
