We are expanding our Business Development team with one objective:bringing in qualified, high-value clients.
Role Overview
This is a revenue-driven role.
Your primary KPI isclosing new businessin marketing campaigns, brand activations, and large-scale events.
You will identify opportunities, open doors, manage relationships, pitch concepts, and convert prospects into long-term accounts.
If you cannot consistently generate meetings and revenue, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build relationships with marketing managers, brand directors, and decision-makers
- Secure client meetings and present Blacktape's capabilities
- Collaborate internally to build tailored proposals and budgets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain a structured pipeline and monthly revenue forecast
- Attend industry events and represent Blacktape professionally
What We're Looking For
- 37 years experience in business development, preferably in events, marketing agencies, production, or experiential marketing
- Strong existing network within Egyptian brands and agencies
- Proven track record of closing deals (must demonstrate numbers)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- High ownership mindset and performance orientation
- Fluent Arabic & English
KPIs
- Monthly qualified meetings secured
- Monthly revenue closed
- Conversion rate from pitch to signed contract
- Client retention and upsell performance
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Aggressive commission structure (uncapped)
