Designation: Marketing Executive

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will assist in coordinating campaigns with distributor and ensuring brand consistency across all clusters. This is a hands-on role that will provide exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, including brand strategy, content creation, performance analysis, and influencer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
- Support the development and execution of marketing direction for brand initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across key international markets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align creative content with brand goals and seasonal initiatives.
- Regional coordination in marketing efforts
- Ensuring successful launch globally
Marketing & Communications
- Help execute the marketing calendar across retail, digital, and experiential channels.
- Coordinate and help manage brand participation in trade shows, pop-ups, and events.
- Support the team in content creation and communication with influencers, distributors, and retailers.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Assist in managing campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Support the Marketing Manager in analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Influencer & Partnership Coordination
- Assist in identifying and onboarding influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
- Track and report on influencer performance and campaign deliverables.
Budgeting & Marketing Spend Coordination
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of the marketing budget across all regions and channels.
- Track actual spends vs. planned budget and report variances to the Marketing Manager.
- Support in preparing budget forecasts for campaigns, events, and seasonal initiatives.
- Maintain organized documentation of invoices, payments, and budget approvals.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
- Proficient in content creation tools like Canva or similar graphic design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
