We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to execute our marketing strategies across the healthcare and retail sectors in UAE and Oman. You'll promote our enterprise solutions including DigiSuite Pharma EMR (approved by Malaffi and Riayati health information exchanges), E-Invoicing SaaS, DigiSuite ERP, and Business Suite applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Social Media Execution: Manage daily social media engagement and run paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads) for our product suite.
- Healthcare Lead Generation: Liaise directly with pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals in UAE/Oman to generate qualified leads and schedule demos for our EMR system.
- Content Coordination: Plan content calendars and work consultatively with designers to produce on-brand marketing collateral.
- Offline Marketing: Support offline marketing initiatives including events, conferences, and healthcare networking.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 24 years of execution-focused marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Proven ability to manage social media, paid ads, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
- Understanding of the UAE/Oman healthcare market is preferred
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with design collaboration tools (Canva, Figma, or similar)
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights)
