Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all social media accounts of the brand.
  • Track customers comments and direct any complaints to relevant team members.
  • Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts to attract an audience and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Coordinate social media messages with advertising departments in alignment with company goals
  • Audit and analyze social media presence, including advertising costs & returns.
  • Analyze social media campaigns with tracking system to efficacy and areas for
  • improvements.
  • Assist the operation department during the launches of new products, and events.
  • Assist in activating & improving brand awareness amongst target customers segments.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor in Business Administration / Marketing/ or related field

Experience

  • Years of Experience: 2 - 3 Years
  • Field of Experience: Marketing

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Computer software proficiency.
  • Flexibility working with tight schedules and weekends.
  • Proficiency with content creation and planning.

Job Remarks

  • Preferred Language: English, Arabic
  • Job Country: Kuwait
  • Duty Shift / Timings: One Shift / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
