Role Description
The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting and executing the brand's marketing strategy across all channels. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and on-ground coordination to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content
* Manage day-to-day social media activity (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
* Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels)
* Coordinate content shoots (in-house and with external teams)
* Maintain brand tone, visual identity, and consistency across all platforms
* Monitor trends and propose relevant content ideas
2. Campaign Execution
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and launches
* Support event promotions, seasonal activations, and partnerships
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
* Track campaign performance and support reporting
3. Community Management
* Handle messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all interactions
* Escalate important or sensitive matters when needed
4. Influencer & Collaboration Support
* Assist in identifying and coordinating with influencers and collaborators
* Support in managing guest lists and bookings
* Ensure proper coverage and follow-up
5. On-Ground Presence
* Attend shoots, events, and activations when required
* Capture real-time content during events and service hours
* Work closely with operations to align marketing with the guest experience
6. Reporting & Insights
* Track basic KPIs (engagement, reach, growth)
* Support weekly and monthly reporting
* Suggest improvements based on performance and trends
Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or F&B
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
* Basic content creation skills (photo/video/editing)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends when needed)
Preferred
* Experience in restaurants, nightlife, or lifestyle brands
* Strong eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling
* Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar
