Role Overview:

Dwelleo is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and drive user acquisition across all business lines, including property sales, rentals, and short-term rentals.

This role requires a data-driven marketing leader with expertise in performance marketing and AI-powered marketing tools who can design scalable campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

-Strategic Marketing & ROI Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure measurable ROI across all marketing activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing investments.

-AI-Driven Performance Marketing
  • Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and platforms to enhance campaign performance.
  • Apply AI for audience segmentation, SEM optimization, and content personalization.
  • Drive growth in web traffic, app downloads, and user conversions.

-Brand Development & PR
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging initiatives for Dwelleo.
  • Manage public relations activities and media relationships.
  • Secure visibility in relevant industry publications and media outlets.

-User Acquisition & Digital Marketing
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including:
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • Continuously test and scale channels to increase user acquisition and engagement.

-Marketing Team Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a data-driven marketing culture.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing and growth strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Experience in technology, marketplaces, e-commerce, or proptech companies is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in building brand awareness and scaling user acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase web traffic, conversions, and app downloads.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong experience in budget management and delivering measurable marketing ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
