Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cairo, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention across digital and offline channels. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing marketing plans, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with sales and operations teams. The role involves managing content for social media, email, and other platforms, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular reports and insights. The Marketing Executive will also support event marketing, partner outreach, and the ongoing refinement of Beyond Fitness's brand positioning.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Ability to conduct thorough Market Research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage external audiences.
• Sales and Marketing capabilities to support lead generation, client conversion, and retention initiatives.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or consumer services is an advantage.
