Country Hill International is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing executive to support campaign execution, supplier coordination, store activations, and overall marketing operations with knowledge in meat & seafood supply industry.
This role focuses on execution, coordination, and follow-through across retail campaigns and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Support in the creation of yearly, monthly, and promotional calendars
- Support in the planning and execution of monthly promotions
- Coordinate marketing calendar rollouts across all stores
- Ensure POS materials are delivered and implemented correctly
- Work closely with designer and content team on campaign timelines
Brand & Business Unit Support
- Support marketing initiatives across Country Hill Trading, Seafood, and Prime Gourmet divisions.
- Maintain consistent branding across retail stores, warehouses, vehicles, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns for meat and seafood product lines.
Supplier & Partner Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers for promotional support
- Coordinate brand collaborations and in-store activations
- Follow up on co-marketing agreements and contributions
Retail & Store Marketing
- Visit stores to ensure campaign compliance
- Support merchandising initiatives in coordination with operations
- Assist with seasonal dcor and in-store branding
Digital Marketing Support
- Execute and monitor paid campaigns on Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Support campaign setup and optimization on Google Ads
- Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions)
- Coordinate with content team to develop paid creatives
- Assist in driving traffic to e-commerce and promotional landing pages
- Monitor website analytics (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate).
- Manage website content updates and product listings.
- Prepare monthly digital performance reports with ROI analysis.
- Improve local search visibility for retail operations.
Sales & Commercial Alignment
- Support territory-based marketing initiatives aligned with sales objectives.
- Develop product sheets, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Support trade promotions and customer acquisition strategies.
Events & Activations
- Plan and execute trade exhibitions, supplier visits, retail activations, and product launch events.
- Coordinate logistics, branding, vendors, and budgets.
- Ensure proper food handling and presentation standards during events.
- Prepare post-event evaluation reports.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct competitor analysis within the UAE food trading and retail sector.
- Monitor pricing trends and promotional activity.
- Provide insights to management for commercial decision-making.
Administrative & Reporting
- Track campaign budgets
- Monitor promotion performance
- Maintain marketing asset inventory
- Assist with newsletter coordination
Requirements
- 24 years experience in retail or FMCG marketing
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Proven experience within the meat and/or seafood industry (essential)
- Experience handling suppliers and brand partnerships
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Based in UAE
