Reports to: Head of Marketing

As a Marketing Executive (Social & Content Focus), you'll take primary ownership of our social media, while also supporting a wider set of content and brand initiatives. Your core focus will be planning social calendars, maintaining posting cadence, coordinating assets, publishing content, and tracking performance. Alongside this, you'll support content initiatives across multiple brands within one ecosystem - including a personal brand, a niche B2B advisory brand, and a global training platform.

This role offers flexibility and independence, balanced with clear priorities and accountability. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners such as PR agencies and production vendors, helping keep work organised, aligned, and moving forward - without needing to do everything yourself.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media & Content Execution (Your Core Playground)

Take full ownership of social media execution-content calendars, channel planning, copywriting, scheduling, and daily posting.

Craft platform-specific copy that feels native, fresh, and on-brand.

Support creation of static posts, carousels, reels, shorts, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Work with creative partners and vendors to bring ideas to life with consistency and pace.

Actively monitor comments and engagement; build a responsive, community-driven presence

Compile social media performance reports and turn insights into smarter content decisions.

Campaign Coordination & Marketing Operations

Assist in launching multi-channel campaigns across brand, digital, and social.

Contribute new creative ideas rooted in trends, platform behavior, and audience insights.

Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep projects moving smoothly.

Partner with internal teams, agencies, and PR partners to maintain alignment and consistency.

Partnerships, Events & Visibility

Maintain a pipeline of speaking engagements, podcast opportunities, and thought leadership slots.

Prepare bios, briefing documents, and speaker kits.

Coordinate logistics for events, shoots, invited talks, and follow-ups.

Support co-marketing and partnerships to expand brand reach.

Content, PR & Website Support

Update media kits, bios, headshots, and credentials.

Support website and landing page updates; refine CRM/email templates.

Upload blogs, newsletters, and case studies with SEO/AEO best practices in mind.

Production & Asset Management

Plan and coordinate studio and on-location shoots-shot lists, schedules, requirements.

Manage and tag photo/video assets for ongoing content pipelines.

Keep our growing content library structured, searchable, and campaign-ready.

Reporting & Insights

Maintain dashboards covering social, website, email, and campaign performance.

Share monthly and quarterly insights to guide marketing decisions and content strategy.

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in marketing execution, coordination, or digital operations.

Strong command of social media platforms, trends, and scheduling tools.

Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and moving parts.

A brand-first mindset with a passion for consistent, polished execution.

Comfort working in a hybrid (remote + office) environment.

Nice-to-Have Experience

Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

CRM experience (HubSpot or equivalent).

Understanding of GA4, SEO, and digital analytics.

Basic Meta Ads/online campaign setup experience.

Experience coordinating shoots, events, or PR initiatives.
