Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Support social media management (content posting, monitoring, and engagement).

  • Help in preparing marketing materials (presentations, flyers, posts, etc.)
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers when needed.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
  • Support day-to-day marketing activities as assigned.

Key Requirements:

Educational and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2yearsof training or hands-on experience in marketing (internships or trainee experience are acceptable)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop marketing skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail
