Assist with the execution of the marketing plan in order to achieve show / campaign objectives
Administer content updates across web, digital and social channels
Assist with the effective delivery of the marketing power pack for exhibitors and sponsors, including the creation of assets and liaison with customers
Coordinate marketing processes including email marketing, data build, sector analysis and campaign reporting to contribute effectively to show / campaign objectives
Monitor campaign and competitor assets (search ranking, effective display of search ads etc.) to identify areas to focus activity
Liaise with partners to ensure assets are provided / received in time to achieve deliverables of agreements Implement any other duties as assigned by the Department Head
Follow & implement DWTC Policies & Procedures
Implement duties in line with the Quality standards, Security, Health & Safety requirements
Qualifications
A qualification in a business, and or marketing management degree or related disciplines.
At least 1-year relevant experience in a marketing / marketing admin related position.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Portuguese
Good level of competency in MS Office Applications including, Word Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of social and digital platforms
Communication skills
Working to tight deadlines in a commercially focused team
