NEXA is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive who is fast, curious and confident, navigating seamlessly between content, social, marketing campaigns/ activations and PR, while keeping everything creative, sharp, and on-brand. This role sits inside a fast-paced digital agency where creativity, trend awareness, and quick execution matter.
What you will own:
Brand, Content & AI
- Assist in developing concepts, copy and campaign ideas across social, digital, and brand assets.
- Support in generating AI-driven content (copy, visuals, first drafts, moodboards, etc.)
- Prepare creative briefs, references, and assist with pre-production for shoots.
Social Media
- Build and maintain content calendars for multiple brands.
- Draft captions, prepare assets, manage scheduling, and track performance.
- Pitch trends, formats, and creative ideas that feel fresh and platform native.
Digital Marketing
- Support in planning and executing full-funnel campaigns.
- Help with UTM tracking, analytics and reporting across paid/organic channels.
- Coordinate with SEO, performance, creative, and HubSpot teams to keep campaigns tight.
Campaigns, Events & Activations
- Assist in planning and executing brand activations online and on ground.
- Support with event coordination, influencer collaborations, PR moments and community building ideas.
- Prepare decks, recap reports and creative concepts that elevate brand presence.
PR & Communications
- Draft press notes, hooks, announcements, and award submissions.
- Maintain media lists, coordinate with PR partners, and track coverage.
- Assist with case studies, testimonials, and brand storytelling.
What You Should Bring
- 13 years of experience in marketing, social media, and communications.
- Strong writing skills (witty, clear, human not corporate).
- A good visual eye and basic understanding of design guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, agency style environment.
- Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects without chaos.
