Job Title: Marketing Executive
Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing activities that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role combines strategic coordination with a hand on execution across digital and offline channels
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and offline channels
Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
Work closely with designers, content creators, and external vendors to produce marketing materials
Digital Marketing
Manage and optimise social media platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility
Support paid advertising efforts (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) through campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting
Execute email marketing campaigns including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking
Content & Brand Support
Assist in creating marketing content such as captions, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Support product or service launches with coordinated marketing activities
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports
Use data insights to suggest improvements and optimisations
Events & Partnerships
Support the organisation of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Coordinate with partners, influencers, and vendors when required
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Manage marketing calendars, asset libraries, and documentation
Assist in budget tracking and invoice coordination with finance teams
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
25 years of experience in a marketing role
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
Familiarity with social media management platforms and basic ad platforms
Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good project management and organizational abilities
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM or email marketing tools
Basic knowledge of SEO principles
Experience coordinating with designers and content teams
