Marketing Executive

We're hiring: Marketing Executive — OmniVAI

OmniVAI is an AI-native creative studio and a SaaS company. We make cinematic AI films and campaigns for brands across MENA, and we're building an AI creation platform.

We're looking for someone to make our work visible — and to put it in front of the right people.

What you'll do:

• Build targeted prospect lists of brands, agencies and marketing decision-makers across the GCC

• Write and send outbound email campaigns that open doors for us as an AI agency — sequences, follow-ups, and booked meetings

• Turn finished projects into case studies that sell

• Build and maintain the credentials deck and proposal templates

• Own our LinkedIn and social presence — consistent, high-quality, on-brand

• Track RFPs and tenders, prepare submissions and follow up

• Keep the CRM clean so nothing goes cold

What we're looking for:

• 2–4 years in marketing, agency, or business development support

• Real experience running cold email outreach — you know what gets replies and what gets ignored

• Comfortable with outreach and CRM tools (Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot or similar), and with email deliverability basics

• Genuinely strong writing in English and Arabic

• You can build a beautiful deck without waiting for a designer

• Organised and self-driven; nothing falls through the cracks

• Interest in AI production is essential

• Based in the UAE
