Job Description

The Marketing Executive supports the planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up of marketing initiatives across campaigns, PR activities, procurement processes, and corporate communications. The role ensures timely delivery of marketing projects, proper coordination with vendors and internal departments, and accurate tracking of tasks, approvals, and financial processes through SAP.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and implementation status.

Marketing Task Tracking & Follow-ups

  • Maintain and manage marketing task trackers and project status sheets.
  • Follow up with internal teams, subsidiaries, agencies, and suppliers on pending marketing deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing plans and execution timelines.
  • Support the Marketing Manager / Director in monitoring progress across multiple initiatives.

PR Coordination Support

  • Coordinate PR requests with media agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Support preparation and follow-up of press releases, interviews, media coverage, and editorial submissions.
  • Track publication schedules and media deliverables.
  • Maintain records of PR activities and coverage reports.

Marketing Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with procurement teams on marketing-related requests.
  • Prepare marketing scopes of work and support quotation collection from vendors.
  • Follow up on approvals for marketing services and supplier onboarding when required.
  • Coordinate with agencies, printers, production vendors, and media suppliers.

Invoice Follow-up & SAP Initiation

  • Prepare marketing Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with procurement.
  • Initiate marketing-related invoices in SAP and ensure correct documentation submission.
  • Follow up internally to ensure invoice processing and timely payments.
  • Maintain tracking records of marketing budgets, commitments, and payments.

Content & Communications Support

  • Support preparation of presentations, announcements, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and corporate messaging standards.
  • Coordinate Arabic and English content when required.

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Assist in updating websites and social media content calendars.
  • Track engagement performance and prepare summary reports.
  • Support implementation of digital marketing initiatives.

Events & Activations Support

  • Support coordination of exhibitions, corporate events, launches, and activations.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and logistics follow-ups.
  • Prepare post-event activity summaries and reports.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare periodic marketing activity status reports.
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, vendors, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Track marketing KPIs and implementation progress.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong command of market research methods and analytical tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in campaign development and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO).
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for ROI.
  • ERP knowledge is essential; SAP experience is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of total work experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • GCC experience (minimum 2 years) is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
