Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Executive.

Location: Saudi Arabia.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily visits to construction sites to engage with contractors, consultants, and end users.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions based on technical and commercial requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and technical submittals until the deal is closed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to process payments, arrange deliveries, and ensure after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to generate and share leads based on market activity and customer interaction.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product demos, and promotional events in coordination with the marketing department.
  • Strengthening brand presence in customer showrooms, retail outlets, and commercial hubs, ensuring visibility and brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and report insights into the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM tools or provided platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • A diploma in Marketing or Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in sales support, technical sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to understand and confidently explain technical product features and specifications.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, generate trust, and deliver excellent service to diverse customer profiles.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a passion for sales and market growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
