Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and creative Regional Marketing Executive to manage and grow our marketing activities. This role involves close collaboration with business development and global marketing teams to execute region-specific strategies aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies in collaboration with the Business Development team
- Build, manage, and guide the local marketing team
- Lead end-to-end marketing and social media initiatives (strategy, content, publishing, optimization)
- Manage community engagement and influencer partnerships in a brand-safe manner
- Plan and execute demand generation, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns
- Track campaign performance against KPIs and optimize strategies accordingly
- Support market research for regional expansion, considering local culture and ethics
- Assist with marketing events, exhibitions, and brand activations
- Work closely with the HQ CMO on annual marketing planning
- Support ongoing regional and cross-functional marketing activities
- Stay updated on local and global marketing trends
- Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of the Bangladeshi market
- Experience in financial services is an advantage
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
