We are looking for a Marketing Finance Specialist for our office with the following responsibilities:

Objective:

  • Improve marketing resource efficiency, ensure compliant and effective execution of marketing, experience stores and e-commerce to support business growth and risk control.

Job Responsibilities

I. Marketing Resources & Transaction Flow Management

  • Responsible for marketing budget management to ensure activities meet KPIs with accurate, compliant data.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing and retail ROI and give suggestions by country and activities.
  • Manage marketing transaction flows (accruals, settlements); ensure they are compliant and efficient, and reduce financial/internal control risk.
  • Analyze and evaluate marketing and retail procurement contracts, join sourcing and price benchmarking, and lead cost optimization to improve resource efficiency.

II. Experience Store / E-commerce Finance

  • Analyze experience store and e-commerce performance; track budget vs. actual, sales, orders and costs to improve store and overall profitability.
  • Manage transaction flows for stores and e-commerce (collection, settlement, promotions etc) to ensure a compliant and smooth execution.

III. Internal Control & Process Management

  • Continuously optimize processes and IT systems; enhance data visibility and automation, and procedure standardization
  • Conduct Proactive Reviews (PR) and Compliance Tests (CT) to identify risks and drive process, system and internal control improvement.

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above in finance or related major.
  2. Experience: 23 years in finance or business management; multinational retail experience preferred.
  3. Language: Good English skills; able to work independently.
  4. Competencies: Detail-oriented, data-sensitive, good communication and teamwork.
  5. Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other office tools.
