Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing and Retail Finance Specialist will conduct financial analysis, support sales forecasting, manage budgets, and monitor the cost-effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The role works closely with finance, marketing, and retail teams to ensure financial plans support overall business goals, and provides regular performance reports and actionable insights to enable data-driven decisions

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Investment & Performance:

Manage budgets and ensure activities deliver KPI-driven results with accurate and compliant data.

Analyze marketing and retail ROI by country and activity; provide optimization recommendations.

Manage marketing transaction flows (accruals and settlements) and reduce financial and internal control risks.

Review procurement contracts, conduct price bench-marking and support cost optimization.

2. Experience Store & E-commerce Finance

Track revenue, orders, costs and budgets to improve store and online profitability.

Manage transaction flows for stores and e-commerce to ensure smooth execution of collection, settlements and promotions.

3. Process & Internal Control

Support process and system optimization to enhance automation, data visibility and efficiency.

Identify risks through ongoing reviews and drive improvements in workflow and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or related major.

23 years of finance or business management experience; retail or e-commerce experience preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates who are eager to take on challenges and grow quickly are also welcome

Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.

Detail-oriented, data-driven, strong teamwork and business sense.

Proficient in Excel and any other smart analytical tools.
