About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join Operater for a 2-month internship.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who wants to actually learn how marketing works inside a real AI startup. You will own day-to-day marketing execution end to end. Content, distribution, SEO, lead generation, and coordination with design, video, and sales are all part of the job.
You will work closely with the CPO, sales, and design teams to build and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness, inbound leads, and real pipeline. This is not a theoretical or academic internship. You will ship constantly and be measured on output and impact.
This internship is designed with a clear path to a full-time Junior Marketing Specialist role for high performers.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, X, website, and other relevant channels
- Shoot short-form video and photo content for product, founder, and brand storytelling
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality marketing assets
- Write marketing copy for social posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and website pages
- Execute basic SEO work including keyword research, on-page optimization, and blog publishing
- Manage and update the website content in collaboration with product and design
- Run and experiment with inbound lead generation campaigns
- Work with sales to qualify and hand off marketing-generated leads
- Track and report on marketing performance including traffic, engagement, and leads
- Support go-to-market launches, announcements, and product updates
- Stay up to date with AI, startup, and B2B SaaS marketing trends
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and experimentation
Role Requirements
- Final-year university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in startups, B2B SaaS, and AI products
- Comfortable being hands-on with content creation, including basic video shooting and editing
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn and X
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and inbound funnels
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, product, and sales
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
- Willingness to experiment, learn fast, and take ownership
