Marketing Intern

Role Purpose

This internship is a hands-on introduction to marketing at a fast-growing UAE tech company. You'll learn by working alongside Washmen's marketing team on live projects across content, filming, CRM and performance, with mentorship and room to try your own ideas.

What You'll Learn & Get Involved In

• Content & Social
• Help plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Learn how to turn trends and creative ideas into on-brand posts.
• Filming & Production
• Get behind the camera on short-form video shoots, from planning to editing.
• Build practical skills in phone filming and tools like CapCut or Premiere.
• CRM & Retention
• Learn how push, email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns keep customers coming back.
• Help write campaign copy and see how segments and A/B tests work.
• Performance & Insights
• Learn to track campaign results and turn data into clear takeaways.
• Support competitor and market research.
• AI in Marketing
• Explore how AI tools can speed up ideation, copywriting and analysis.
• Try new tools and share what works with the team.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing(Fresh Graduate)
• A genuine interest in content, social media and how brands grow.
• Some experience creating content (personal, university or freelance) is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn new tools
