Job Description

Job Purpose

The Marketing Lead is responsible for leading and supervising all digital and brand communication activities while ensuring full alignment with Geely global brand standards. The role acts as the main focal point for all digital marketing operations, creative partners, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

Brand & Creative Governance

  • Ensure full adherence to Geely global brand guidelines across all digital and offline communication outputs.
  • Serve as the final reviewer for all digital and brand materials before publishing.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.

Digital Communication & Content Management

  • Lead and supervise the execution of all digital communication assets, including social media platforms, website content, online campaigns, and digital advertising creatives.
  • Oversee daily community management, customer engagement, response tone, and escalation handling.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of content according to brand and campaign calendars.

Digital PR & Influencer Management

  • Supervise digital PR communications, online partnerships, and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure proper brand positioning and campaign delivery.

Campaign & Event Communications

  • Oversee digital and on-ground communication for launch campaigns, showroom events, activations, and sponsorship activities.
  • Ensure campaign messages are aligned, consistent, and support commercial objectives.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Act as the daily focal point with digital marketing agencies, creative vendors, and media buying partners.
  • Manage briefings, review deliverables, and ensure timely implementation of all digital communication tasks.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Coordinate with Sales, Contact Center, Aftersales, and Customer Experience (CX) teams to align on digital offers, messaging, and campaign requirements.
  • Ensure communication supports commercial KPIs and customer journey improvements.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance including engagement, reach, impressions, lead quality, and online customer sentiment.
  • Provide recommendations to improve digital communication efficiency and brand impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 47 years of proven experience in digital marketing, brand communication, or advertising.
  • Experience in automotive, retail, or consumer brands is preferred.
  • Strong brand management and creative evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership.
