Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Lead (B2B Tech / SaaS) based in Cairo, Egypt. The Marketing Lead will define and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our market position as a Microsoft Solutions Partner, while leading the next phase of our website and integrated campaign strategy.

Key Objectives
  • Own and evolve brand positioning & messaging across all channels
  • Drive B2B lead generation (inbound & outbound) with clear KPIs
  • Lead campaign planning and execution (SEO, paid, social, email, events)
  • Own the website strategy (structure, content, UX, conversion & SEO)
  • Align marketing operations with Sales & Inside Sales for effective lead routing
  • Build reporting, dashboards, and ROI-driven insights
  • Develop the marketing team structure, skills, and workflows

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing
  • Proven experience in ERP / CRM / enterprise software
  • Strong hands-on background in lead generation, demand generation, and campaigns
  • Solid understanding of website strategy, UX, content, and SEO
  • Experience working closely with Sales & Inside Sales teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPIs, dashboards, and ROI
  • Experience in GCC markets is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
