Responsibilities
- Lead brand marketing and promotion for ANTA across the Middle East & Africa region.
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities (digital ads, retail campaigns, e-commerce platforms).
- Manage KOL/Influencer collaborations and social media to drive brand awareness and sales conversion.
- Develop and leverage local resources (malls, media, partners) to support business growth.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, optimizing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience in retail or sports brands is preferred.
- Strong hands-on execution ability, able to work independently without a team.
- Familiar with the Middle East market; local resources are a plus.
- Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
