Job Summary:
To plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities that strengthen the company's automotive brand presence, drive sales leads, and enhance customer engagement across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Support in developing and implementing annual marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to identify opportunities.
- Assist in defining target audiences and tailoring campaigns accordingly.
Brand Management
- Maintain consistency of brand image across all online and offline channels.
- Support new model launches, branding campaigns, and promotional activities.
Digital Marketing
- Execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other online platforms.
- Manage social media content, website updates, and online vehicle listings.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, and digital analytics (CTR, conversions).
CRM & Customer Data
- Ensure accurate entry and segmentation of customer data in the CRM system.
- Monitor lead flow, follow-up quality, and conversion performance.
- Provide insights to improve customer retention and re-engagement.
Events & Offline Marketing
- Organize and coordinate showroom events, test-drive days, and sponsorships.
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and media for campaign execution.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and measure marketing ROI.
- Develop promotional materials and assist in lead nurturing campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and competitor benchmarking.
- Track KPIs including lead conversion, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead generation volume & conversion rate.
- Campaign ROI and cost per lead.
- Social media engagement & follower growth.
- CRM data accuracy and lead follow-up compliance.
- Customer event participation and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, Betrix and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand identity.
