Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media, events, activations, and brand platforms.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable campaign plans, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Develop campaign communication plans, including messaging, target audiences, channels, and content requirements.
  • Manage media buying and execution, including agency coordination, placements, schedules, and budget control across digital, print, outdoor, and other channels.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, CRM, and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout and execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness; prepare post-campaign reports, dashboards, and insights.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow brand guidelines and corporate communication standards.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Track campaign budgets, spending, and ROI; optimize execution to maximize results.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives through well-planned campaign execution.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine campaign execution and tactics.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with strong hands-on campaign execution experience
  • Proven background in campaign management, media execution, and performance reporting
  • Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
  • Automotive, retail, or multi-brand experience is an advantage
  • Excellent English & Arabic Communication skills (spoken, written, & communicated with)
