With a portfolio that spans multiple brands across Kuwait's leading retail, pharmacy, hospital, and online channels — and more launches on the horizon — we're entering a new growth phase and looking for a Marketing Manager to lead it.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you'll be the commercial brain behind our brands. You'll own the end-to-end marketing function across all three channels — Direct-to-Consumer (our Shopify store and subscription service), Marketplaces (Yahaal, Drops, T-Mart, Tawseel), and Offline Retail (co-ops, pharmacies, hospitals, and specialty baby stores via our exclusive distributor).

This is a builder role. You'll lead a team of brand leads, trade marketing, designers, and promoters, working alongside the CEO to shape brand strategy, allocate marketing budgets, and translate business objectives into campaigns that move the needle on revenue, market share, and brand equity.

What You'll Do

Brand & Strategy

Own the marketing strategy across our multi-brand portfolio (BumBum, GUGU, and upcoming launches)

Develop annual and quarterly brand plans with clear KPIs, campaign calendars, and budget allocations

Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint — packaging, digital, in-store, hospital partnerships

Channel Management

DTC: Drive traffic, conversion, and subscription retention across the Shopify store through performance marketing, email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives

Marketplaces: Optimize listings, paid placements, and promotional calendars across Kuwait's major e-commerce platforms

Offline & Trade: Partner with our distributor on shelf visibility, in-store activations, co-op block promotions, pharmacy detailing, and hospital programs

Team Leadership

Lead and develop a growing team: Brand Leads, Trade Marketing Supervisor, Senior and Junior Designers, and in-store promoters

Build hiring plans, onboard new team members, and foster a culture of accountability and creativity

Manage external partners — agencies, influencers, photographers, and packaging designers

Performance & Analytics

Own the marketing P&L: budget management, ROI tracking, and monthly performance reporting to the CEO

Use data to prioritize spend — which channels, which campaigns, which products

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and category trends

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Care, and Finance to align marketing with commercial and supply priorities

Support new product launches from pre-launch teasers through in-market activation

Who You Are

5+ years of marketing experience, with hands-on expertise across digital (DTC, marketplaces, paid media) AND offline retail/trade marketing

Proven track record of building and leading marketing teams (ideally 3+ direct reports)

Strong commercial instincts — you understand unit economics, channel margins, and how marketing drives profit, not just awareness

Expert in performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok) with demonstrable ROAS improvements

Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and marketplace management

Trade marketing experience — co-op negotiations, shelf visibility, BTL activations — is a major plus

Analytical mindset — comfortable with marketing dashboards, attribution, and A/B testing

Strong project management skills — you ship on time and on budget

Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in baby care, FMCG, personal care, or sustainable/eco-conscious categories

Familiarity with the Kuwait retail landscape (co-ops, AZM, Union Coops, pharmacies, hospitals)

Worked with distributor relationships and trade-spend planning

Led a multi-brand portfolio
