About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to promote company projects and services.

- Evaluate campaign performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Manage and monitor the marketing department budget while ensuring financial efficiency.
- Prepare sales forecasts and support strategic planning for sustainable business growth.
- Manage relationships with external marketing and advertising agencies and negotiate service agreements.
- Oversee the company's participation in exhibitions, events, and industry conferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing , preferably within real estate or property development sectors.
