Job Description

Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop the company's overall marketing strategy, strengthen brand equity, increase market share, and support business growth. The role will oversee key marketing functions, including brand management, digital marketing, e-commerce, customer experience, market analysis, campaigns, and strategic partnerships, ensuring full alignment with the company's commercial and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Lead marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives, and monitor their impact on business performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support sustainable growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on target markets, products, channels, and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent brand positioning across all markets and communication channels.
  • Oversee corporate identity, brand guidelines, and brand protection standards.
  • Define marketing KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of department targets.
  • Measure campaign performance, ROI, and effectiveness of major marketing initiatives.
  • Lead corrective actions to improve results, optimize spending, and maximize available resources.
  • Oversee periodic marketing reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Guide digital marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation strategies to support business growth.
  • Improve digital channels, online customer experience, and operational efficiency across e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilize data, analytics, and customer insights to improve marketing decisions and customer engagement.
  • Lead customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and customer retention.
  • Manage customer loyalty initiatives and programs that strengthen brand connection.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and lead continuous improvement plans in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring efficient spending and targeted returns.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing policies, procedures, controls, and relevant regulations.
  • Manage strategic relationships with agencies, partners, vendors, and key external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of shared business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, brand management, e-commerce, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven strategic decisions while considering market trends and business risks.
  • Experience leading digital transformation, growth initiatives, and customer experience programs.
  • Strong ability to manage strategic partnerships and external agencies.
