A fast-growing lifestyle-focused organization is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels

Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication platforms

Plan and execute campaigns including brand collaborations, and seasonal promotions

Oversee social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships

Work closely with creative, sales, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives

Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing activities using data-driven insights

Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the lifestyle and consumer space

Requirements

58+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within lifestyle, fashion, hospitality

Proven experience managing brand campaigns and digital marketing initiatives

Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy

Excellent project management and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
