Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication platforms
• Plan and execute campaigns including brand collaborations, and seasonal promotions
• Oversee social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships
• Work closely with creative, sales, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing activities using data-driven insights
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the lifestyle and consumer space
Requirements
• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within lifestyle, fashion, hospitality
• Proven experience managing brand campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
