Key Skills and Qualifications:

1New Energy Industry Knowledge

Familiarity with policies, industrial chains, cost structures, and mainstream technical routes in sub-sectors such as photovoltaics, energy storage, wind power, hydrogen energy, and charging piles (e.g., string/central inverters, liquid-cooled/air-cooled energy storage, high-voltage fast charging, etc.).

2Equipment and Product Capabilities

Understanding of equipment parameters, application scenarios, core advantages, and competitive product differences; ability to provide solutions to customers, calculate returns, and explain investment returns.

3Project and Solution Capabilities

Ability to independently develop technical solutions, configuration lists, and preliminary quotations; understanding of EPC, bidding, grid connection, and acceptance processes.

4Market Development and Lead Management

Channel development, customer profiling, lead generation, regional planning, and integration of resources from exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

5Customer Relationship and Public Relations

Engagement with project owners, general contractors, design institutes, investors, government industrial parks, etc., to build trust and maintain long-term cooperation.

6Bidding and Business Negotiation

Bid document preparation, response strategies, price negotiation, contract terms, payment collection, and risk clause management.

7Branding and Marketing

Industry promotion, case study development, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and planning and execution of marketing activities.
