Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide strategic direction and lead the lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for our Food & Beverages products. This role involves managing brand initiatives, driving market growth, and overseeing promotional activities to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels. In addition to enhance the profile of MHG and expand its customer base, promote revenue growth and long-term strategic positioning; drive standardization in marketing activities including the development and execution of strategy related to digital media, advertising, public relations, influencers, branding, sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities to ensure consistency with the Group strategic direction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Brand Management: Oversee all brand-related activities, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, using findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Promotions & Advertising: Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities, working with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support sales goals.
  • Content Development: Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Deliver Total Brand Experience: Ensure consistent delivery of the Total Brand Experience across all touch points.
  • Focus on Driving Growth: Emphasize achieving measurable growth results through strategic initiatives.
