- Create structured demand generation for specialty and high-value solutions through campaigns, content, events, and partnerships.
- Lead execution through people + partners (Marketing Executive, creative agencies, PR, digital, social).
- Align marketing with Sales, Estimation, and Operations to ensure relevance, speed, and commercial impact.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and execute integrated plans across digital, social, PR, exhibitions/events, and campaigns.
- Approve all content, messaging, and creative (posts, newsletters, brochures, decks, press releases).
- Manage and performance-review agencies and vendors (briefs, timelines, quality, ROI).
- Build and run the marketing operating system: content calendar, campaign workflows, reporting dashboards.
- Set lead definitions with Sales/Estimation and ensure lead capture + follow-up discipline (handover, tracking, feed- back loop).
- Coach and manage the Marketing Executive and scale capabilities over time.
What You Bring
- Strong B2B marketing experience (construction/glass/building materials/technical products preferred).
- Proven ability to build strategy and deliver results with lean teams + agencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management across commercial and operational teams.
- High standards for brand consistency, content quality, and execution discipline.
- Commercial mindset: understands pipeline, product mix, and ROI.
