One of the esteemed Proptech company is looking to hire a Marketing Manager, who will leads the full marketing function across multiple ventures, shaping brand identity, crafting integrated marketing strategies, and driving all creative, digital, PR, and campaign activities.
Responsibilities
- Leads the full marketing function across multiple ventures.
- Shapes brand identity.
- Select and manage national and international events participations
- Conceptualize and manage multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal and establishing budget guidelines.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders .
- Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
- Create yearly marketing plan and go to market strategies for all venture
- Plan and manage marketing budgets for all ventures
Qualifications
- Bachelors in media and communication or Marketing
- Minimum Experience: Ideally 8+ years experience in strategic marketing
- Good management and communication skills, Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity, Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Bilingual Proficiency (Arabic is a plus)

- Strong leadership and communication skills- vendors, Government bodies, Stakeholders, internal departments
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Experience in brand management.
