About the Job

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, positioning, and commercial success across all customer touchpoints. Reporting to the Area Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth across the company's hotels, resorts, restaurants, and leisure offerings.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-oncapable of balancing creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making, while ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the company's business goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Brand Management

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and budgets in line with business objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels, assets, and properties.
• Work closely with Area Director of Marketing to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for brand growth.

Campaign & Content Development

• Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for room sales, F&B venues, and special events.
• Manage creative production for photography, video, and copywriting that aligns with brand tone and aesthetics.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to support promotions, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with Sales, PR, and Operations to ensure marketing activities support business needs and guest engagement.
• Manage agency relationships (creative, digital, media buying) and oversee deliverables and performance.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Master's degree or specialized hospitality marketing certifications preferred.
• Minimum 57 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or luxury consumer brands.
• Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns and measurable ROI delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and creative production.
• Creative mindset with strong visual and copywriting sense.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
