Marketing Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Director to lead the next phase of growth for Halwaa ALmassa and turn our brands ambition into tangible business results.

This is a unique opportunity to lead marketing for an expanding Saudi brand, build its dedicated team, elevate its brand presence, and craft memorable customer experiences.

What You Will Lead:

Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and translate them into measurable, high-impact campaigns.

Revenue & Growth: Drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention rate in close collaboration with the sales team.

Performance & Budget: Manage marketing budgets, run digital campaigns, and continually optimize ROI/ROAS.

Brand & Creative Direction: Enhance brand presence, oversee content creation, and maintain creative excellence across all touchpoints.

Team & Agency Leadership: Build and mentor an in-house marketing team while managing external agency partners and vendors.

Strategic & Hands-on Mindset: A strong blend of high-level strategic thinking and direct execution ability.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling a brand or e-commerce platform.

Data-Driven & Brand Savvy: Deep understanding of brand building and performance marketing, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.

Leadership Experience: Strong skills in managing teams and controlling marketing budgets.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. (Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, or hospitality is a strong plus).
