We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's marketing strategies across digital and offline channels. The role involves planning and managing marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand positioning. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams and report directly to senior management or CMO, providing regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to support business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services
- Strong awareness of current market trends and social media platforms to support effective marketing strategies.
- Plan, manage, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Conduct market research and analyse customer insights and competitor activities
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team and external agencies
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Prepare and present marketing performance reports and strategic updates to senior management.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and projects
- Experience in team leadership or supervising marketing staff
- Experience working with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
Required Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional marketing certification is an advantage
