Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performance Marketing Manager to lead all marketing, branding, and user-acquisition activities for www.tradeiators.com, the world's first competitive trading platform.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Everflow, performance marketing, affiliate management, and online lead generation, with the ability to scale campaigns across multiple geographies.
This role combines strategic ownership and day-to-day execution you will build the marketing engine, grow it, and optimize it relentlessly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Build and own the full marketing strategy for Tradeiators (acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation).
- Build monthly and quarterly acquisition plans aligned with business goals.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, influencers, email, and SEO.
2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Launch and optimize performance campaigns with strict KPIs: CPL, CPA, FTD, ROAS, LTV.
- Manage high-volume online traffic and optimize conversion funnels.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and user flows.
- Optimize campaign budgets and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
3. Everflow Affiliate Platform Management
- Set up offers, events, and tracking in Everflow.
- Recruit affiliates, influencers, and traffic partners.
- Monitor affiliate performance, quality of traffic, fraud signals, and payouts.
- Build strong relationships with partners to bring high-value leads.
- Manage postbacks, S2S tracking, and event optimization.
4. Brand Positioning & Creative Direction
- Own all brand assets, identity, visuals, and tone of voice for Tradeiators.
- Work with designers to produce impactful creatives (banners, videos, landing pages, social content).
- Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, website, and social media.
5. CRM, Retention & User Activation
- Oversee communication flows for onboarding, deposits, battles participation, and reactivation.
- Work with Solitics / CRM to build automated journeys for traders.
- Analyze user behaviour and implement data-driven retention strategies.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across all channels daily and weekly.
- Build dashboards with KPIs: leads, registrations, FTDs, deposits, user cost, affiliate performance.
- Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Report marketing spend and performance to management.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 3+ years experience in performance marketing (fintech, trading, gaming, or high-volume B2C).
- Strong Everflow experience: offers, events, postbacks, affiliate management.
- Proven record of generating high-quality online leads at competitive CPA/CPL.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate networks.
- Strong understanding of S2S tracking, funnels, UTMs, pixels, and attribution.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative but also extremely performance-driven.
Preferred
- Experience in CFD trading, fintech, casino, or gaming industries.
- Familiarity with Solitics, HubSpot, or similar CRM automation tools.
- Basic understanding of postback logic, events, API integrations.
- Experience with influencers and content creators.
- Experience in emerging markets (MENA, LATAM, Asia).
