We are seeking a Senior Marketing Leader to own strategy, performance and growth across our residential real estate portfolio
What you will be Do:
- Own and lead digital marketing team
- Set and manage digital marketing strategy, budgets, forecasts and performance targets
- Launch, optimize and scale lead generation and brand awareness campaigns
- Drive digital activity for project launches and inventory releases
- Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign efficiency
- Build, improve, and lead the Marketing Department with full ownership
Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience at Senior Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing / Marketing Director level(in UAE Real Estate -at least 2 years+)
- Full ownership of marketing strategy, budgets, funnel performance, and results
- Strong background in Real Estate, Luxury, Investment, or High-Ticket Services
- Clear accountability for outcomes - not execution only
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels and performance marketing
- Ability to lead teams, manage agencies, and align marketing with sales objectives
- Excellent English communication skills (Russian is a plus)
