We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and supervising an in-house creative team.
His/Her responsibility will be to overview and manage the marketing activities of the Group across 5 countries and beyond.
Job Requirements- Evaluating and optimizing market strategy guidelines implementation.
- Leads market research process for (Consumer, Habits, Trends etc.).
- Oversee and develop new ideas and trends for creative marketing campaigns.
- Manage creative team to develop relevant marketing campaigns and raise brand awareness while boosting online and store sales traffic.
- Leads analysis process for marketing data (Campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.).
- Supervise social media accounts and Third-party websites.
- Executing initiatives to reach target audience through appropriate channels (social media, E-Mail, Activation, etc.).
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (Content development, ads, event planning, etc.).
- Follow up with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Coaching, mentoring and providing guidance through best practices for each individual in the creative team.
Core Competency Framework- Bcs degree is required. MBA is a plus.
- 7-10+ years of marketing experience , 3+ in the same position.
- Previous experience in luxury beauty and fragrances is a plus.
- Deep understanding of retail and online marketing
- Must have experience in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Be aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future.
- Experience in driving strategic planning and delivering high business growth through new business opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will be a good leader with strong attention to detail and managerial abilities.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills with an ability to quickly assess ever changing business conditions and respond appropriately.
- Identifying new opportunities and being proactive.
- Should be a collaborator and aspirational.
- Must be able to create a strategic marketing plan that maximizes sales and provide sustainable growth for the company.
- Must be able to analyze data and recognize market trends.
- Strong working knowledge of Google tools.
- Arabic and English proficiency, French is a plus
