Trendlix is Hiring: Marketing Manager

Location: Heliopolis

Type: Full-time, On-site

Trendlix is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our Content &Marketing Strategy and Account Management Teams while overseeing campaign execution across client accounts. This role requires strong strategic thinking, team leadership, and close collaboration with creative, media, and account teams to ensure impactful marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies for client accounts across digital and offline channels.
  • Oversee the marketing and content strategy department responsible for campaign direction and brand positioning.
  • Ensure all campaign concepts, messaging, and marketing initiatives align with client goals and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor the marketing and content teams responsible for strategy development and content calendars.
  • Review team workflows, monitor performance, and provide structured feedback and guidance.
  • Conduct regular meetings to track progress, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment across teams.

Account Management Oversight

  • Oversee & Manage multiple client accounts to ensure campaign execution aligns with approved strategies and timelines.
  • Lead & Support the account management team during high workload periods, complex client needs, or escalations.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with account management, media buying, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Ensure marketing strategies are effectively translated into content plans, creative assets, and media activities.
  • Escalate risks, delays, or major client requests to senior leadership when necessary.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor team performance and output, KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Identify workflow challenges and implement solutions to improve team productivity and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding team progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 68 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or account leadership, A MUST within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
