Job Description
- Develop and implement brand strategy to ensure sustainable and profitable growth by working closely with the rest of the team
- Prioritization of brands and sub brands along with relevant activities
- Ensure delivery of the yearly activity plan with respect to product launches, line extensions and associated marketing campaigns on time & within budget
- Manage advertising agencies across all briefs and projects for the Category
- Monitor and track brand and competition share & other performance KPIs to identify risks & opportunities. Recommend and implement action plans to address risks or opportunities
- Lead and guide team in briefing and development of ATL and BTL communication for category brands and execution of media strategies to help generate consumer awareness and trial
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years of experience in a Marketing role across the FMCG Industry
- Multinational background and experience is a must
- 360 Marketing experience
- Team management and leadership experience
- Middle East regional experience
