My Way is Egypt's leading direct selling company, recognized for our commitment to quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities at My Way Egypt Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy and will be responsible for both operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales growth.

Oversee the brand positioning of My Way and its sub-brands, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing to engage with consumers effectively.

Lead a high-performing marketing team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI on marketing activities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.

Formulate, implement, and oversee dynamic marketing strategies tailored to enhance brand equity, drive revenue growth, and adapt to evolving market conditions.

Ensure effective brand positioning for My Way and its sub-brands, fostering brand recognition and loyalty through strategic initiatives and effective storytelling.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify and capitalize on emerging trends, consumer preferences, and potential market disruptions.

Lead the design and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance across all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Establish clear KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives; generate comprehensive reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers to enhance marketing efforts and promote brand initiatives across diverse platforms.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a strategic marketing management role, preferably in the FMCG or direct selling industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data effectively.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Fluency in English is required.
