Job Description

We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing across Powder Beauty's ecommerce platform and the international brands we distribute in the region. This is a broad role for someone with ecommerce marketing experience who's ready to step up, take ownership across CRM, social, content, influencers, affiliates, collaborations, and events, and grow under the mentorship of our CMO.

This is a high-exposure role in a scrappy, fast-moving team. You'll work directly with the CMO and founders, build relationships across some of the most exciting international beauty brands distributed in the region, and develop your craft across every marketing channel that matters. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own Klaviyo email marketing, including campaign planning, flows, segmentation, and list growth, with demonstrated improvements to open rates, click-through, and revenue per recipient
  • Own WhatsApp marketing as a CRM channel, planning, executing, and tracking broadcast campaigns and automated flows through our existing WhatsApp marketing platform
  • Own social media end-to-end across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, including content calendar, day-to-day posting, content creation, and community management
  • Create content using Canva and other tools, and brief external creators
  • Own the influencer and micro-influencer program end-to-end, including sourcing, outreach, briefing, contracting, content review, and performance tracking
  • Manage the affiliate program, including partner onboarding, tracking, and optimization
  • Plan and execute brand collaborations and events, pop-ups, and activations end-to-end
  • Plan and execute monthly marketing initiatives for Powder Beauty's distribution brands, working closely with the wider team on campaign concept, creative, and execution
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with international brand partners
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports across all channels, with clear recommendations on what's working and what to cut

ABOUT YOU

  • 3 to 4+ years of marketing experience in ecommerce, with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle strongly preferred
  • Hands-on Klaviyo proficiency, with a clear track record of improving email marketing metrics
  • Experience executing campaigns through a WhatsApp marketing platform
  • Strong proficiency across Instagram, TikTok, and social media management tools, with proven experience growing accounts
  • Proficient in Canva and comfortable creating content yourself, with a sharp eye for what works on each platform
  • Experience planning and delivering events, pop-ups, or activations
  • Experience running influencer and affiliate programs, including managing budgets and tracking ROI
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to operate independently without close oversight
  • Data-literate, comfortable working with platform analytics, Shopify reports, and spreadsheets
  • Arabic proficiency is a bonus
  • Based in Dubai or Jeddah
