Projecx is a software development house building custom software solutions and proprietary digital products for regional and global clients. We operate with a growth-first mindset and expect marketing to directly impact revenue.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function end to end. This role owns team leadership, demand generation, product marketing, and pipeline growth. You will build and manage a marketing team that delivers qualified leads and supports sales execution.

This is a leadership and execution role, not a coordination role.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team across performance, content, design, and growth
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and execution priorities for the team
  • Hire, onboard, and develop marketing talent
  • Enforce accountability, quality standards, and delivery timelines
Demand Generation & Growth
  • Build and run multi-channel lead generation campaigns for software services and products
  • Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to qualified leads
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance and ROI
  • Ensure consistent pipeline contribution
B2B Software & Product Marketing
  • Position Projecx as a premium software development partner
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value
  • Own go-to-market strategy for internal products
  • Create sales enablement assets including decks, case studies, and messaging frameworks
Sales Alignment & Revenue Impact
  • Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Align marketing output with sales targets and market feedback
  • Track and report performance metrics including CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
RequirementsMust-Have
  • Proven experience managing a marketing team
  • Background in B2B software, SaaS, or software services
  • Strong lead generation and growth marketing experience
  • Hands-on execution mindset with leadership capability
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English
Preferred
  • Experience marketing a software development house
  • International market exposure
  • Performance marketing and marketing automation experience
