Marketing Manager Real Estate Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing branding, project launches, digital campaigns, market research, and stakeholder coordination across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping brand perception and supporting sales objectives for new and ongoing developments in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Project Launches
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for property developments from pre-launch through post-handover.
- Establish project positioning, key messaging, and target segments using market insights, customer profiling, and competitive analysis.
- Create go-to-market plans, media strategies, and launch timelines for new developments.
Branding & Creative Direction
- Execute branding and visual identity development for new projects in collaboration with consultants, architects, and internal creative teams.
- Ensure all creative assets reflect premium, luxury standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Review, refine, and approve design materials, visuals, renders, brochures, videos, and campaign assets with the Head of Department.
Campaign Management
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, OOH, real estate portals, and PR channels.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure campaigns generate high-quality leads and support conversion goals.
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI; adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Content & Production Oversight
- Execute marketing collateral including brochures, floor plans, 3D renders, 360 tours, videos, hoardings, sales kits, broker kits and digital assets.
- Coordinate production with the in-house creative team to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Support planning and execution of lifestyle shoots, property videos, walkthroughs, aerial content, and promotional visuals.
Emails and WhatsApp
- Manage digital presence including websites, landing pages, SEO/SEM, social media strategy, and paid campaigns.
- Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with agencies to enhance online visibility, lead quality, and performance metrics.
Sales Center & On-Site Experience
- Oversee design and execution of sales centers, mock-ups, show apartments, and project site branding.
- Ensure customer-facing environments deliver a premium, cohesive brand experience.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, branding consultants, and production vendors.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams including sales, development, operations, and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and advertising standards.
Events & Activations
- Plan events such as project launches, broker events, exhibitions, investor presentations, and community activations working alongside events manager.
- Liaise with events manager for end-to-end event planning, branding, logistics, and post-event reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate or property development marketing in Dubai.
- Proven track record launching residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, customer trends, and development life cycles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creative judgment and attention to brand consistency and visual identity.
- Experience working with agencies, creative teams, and production vendors.
- UAE driving license is Mandatory
