Job Description

Real Estate Marketing Manager drives property sales by developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and lead generation efforts. They manage budgets, analyze market trends, oversee digital/print materials (brochures, social media, SEO), and coordinate project launches with sales teams. Key roles include CRM management, vendor coordination, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Branding: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for property launches, aiming to increase brand visibility and attract buyers/investors.
  • Digital & Content Marketing: Manage social media, website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and video/graphic design content.
  • Campaign Execution: Produce marketing materials (brochures, ads), manage advertising budgets, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide insights and ROI reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align strategies with business goals and ensure effective lead generation.
  • Event Management: Organize property launches, open houses, and promotional events.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 510 years of marketing experience, with proven experience in the real estate sector.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
