Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive business growth, and generate high-quality leads across oil & gas, engineering, and manpower sectors. The role requires extensive B2B marketing experience, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales, operations, and HR teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals across multiple sectors.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead branding, digital marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Support business development by generating leads and maintaining client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and industry reports.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with organizational objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and advise management on market positioning and business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing experience in oil & gas, engineering, manpower, or industrial sectors.
- Saudi.
- Proven expertise in strategic marketing, B2B campaigns, and business development support.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
