Marketing Manager

Scarlett Poppies is a premium resort and ready-to-wear brand rooted in artisanal craftsmanship, blending Scandinavian simplicity with Indian heritage. As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategy and elevate the brand across all markets and channels.
Role Overview
This is a key role within the company, combining strategic leadership, creative direction, and performance oversight. The Marketing Manager will own the full marketing ecosystem, ensuring consistency across brand image, content, and business objectives, while driving both B2C and B2B growth.
This role is primarily strategic and managerial, with execution led by internal team members and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand
- Lead the global marketing strategy across global markets
- Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and overall brand image
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on creative and strategic direction
- Own the annual marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, and allocation across channels, ensuring efficient investment and ROI-driven decisions
Team Management & Structure
- Manage and mentor a team of 2:
- Marketing Executive (content, social media, newsletters)
- Marketing Growth & Performance Executive (ads, e-commerce, analytics)
- Structure workflows, define priorities, and ensure strong collaboration across functions
Creative Direction & Campaign Production
- Lead the development of campaign concepts, storytelling, and overall creative vision
- Own the planning and management of photoshoots from concept to final delivery (moodboards, casting, locations, styling, shot lists)
- Work closely with creative teams, photographers, stylists, and external partners to ensure high-quality execution
- Oversee post-production and final asset selection across all channels
- Manage photoshoot budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining a premium output
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand identity and support commercial performance
- Bring a strong fashion sensibility and understanding of visual trends to elevate the brand image
- Strong interest in AI and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content, workflows, and marketing performance
Digital, E-commerce & Performance
- Define the overall digital and performance strategy across markets
- Oversee and guide the work of the Marketing Growth & Performance Executive and external agencies
- Review performance and provide strategic direction based on key metrics (ROAS, conversion rate, CAC, etc.)
- Ensure alignment between campaigns, website experience, and overall customer journey
- Contribute to the development of high-performing ad creatives aligned with brand image
CRM & Customer Engagement
- Define the global CRM strategy and customer lifecycle approach
- Supervise execution of campaigns and automations (Klaviyo) led by the Marketing Executive
- Provide direction to optimize retention, engagement, and revenue contribution
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across all communications
Influencer, PR & Partnerships
- Manage external PR agency for gifting, seeding, and media coverage
- Oversee influencer strategy and brand collaborations
B2B Marketing
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to support wholesale growth
- Create marketing tools and assets for partners (lookbooks, launch materials, sell-in support)
Launches, Activations & Budget
- Lead collection launches from concept to execution (positioning, campaigns, activations)
- Manage brand activations, events, and special projects (pop-ups, collaborations)
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI-driven decisions
- Drive marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth and brand desirability
Profile
- 3–5+ years experience in a similar role within fashion or a premium/lifestyle brand
- Strong creative mindset with experience in fashion campaigns and visual storytelling
- Proven ability to drive sales through marketing initiatives and creative strategies
- Experience working with ad creatives and understanding performance-driven content
- Experience managing teams and external agencies
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance metrics
- Strategic, hands-on (at a leadership level), and highly organized
- Strong aesthetic sense aligned with premium/luxury brands
- Excellent communication skills in English
